She graduated from University Of Maryland School Of Medicine medical school in 1999. Over time, she advanced to become an ICU\/CCU certified nurse and eventually 19 years as a Certified Emergency Room Nurse with greater responsibility. The culmination of her nursing career was obtaining her Master of Nursing Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dina believes a well-rounded individual brings diverse experiences and energy to the workplace. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys engaging in activities that nurture her creativity and well-being. In 2016, she went on to graduate from the Chesapeake College\/MGW Nursing Program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). As a Registered Nurse, she worked in multiple specialties over a span of 7 years. She brings experience from emergency medicine, case management, and medical surgical.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From the beginning of her career, Kathy\u2019s goal was to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. To make this goal a reality, she graduated from Wilmington University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2019 and then proceeded to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) in 2023. During her master\u2019s program, Kathy completed clinical hours in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. \u00a0In June of 2023, she passed her board exam and could officially practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since becoming a CRNP, Kathy has primarily worked in school-based wellness. She also periodically works in urgent care. However, most recently, she has felt drawn to primary care and is looking forward to serving her community by providing quality care to her patients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, Kathy enjoys living life to the fullest and spending time with her loved ones. She spent much of her time in Northern VA and then returned to the shore for her last rotations and preceptorship. During this time she trained in various areas of medicine, with most of her time spent in internal and family medicine. She also enjoyed rotating in general surgery, plastic surgery, emergency medicine, as well as obstetrics and gynecology. Ashley worked in Cambridge, MD for over 16 years in Internal Medicine locally before joining Miles River Primary Care in September 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ashley married her high school sweetheart, Denny, and they have two boys, Connor and Dawson. She enjoys spending time with her family as much as she can when not at work. Shortly after, she started her career in long term care on a dementia and memory unit in Cambridge, MD.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2014 Chelcie started as a floor nurse at Peninsula Regional Tidal Health where she provided care for adult patients on a general medical floor that also served as a stoke unit during the start of COVID. During this time she became familiarized with a wide array of complex medical problems. It was during this time she decided she wanted to become more involved in the management of patient&#8217;s care. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Wilmington University followed by her Masters degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chelcie currently resides in Dorchester County, MD and enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 sons, and 2 dogs. Over time, she advanced her career as a registered nurse on the same unit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Molly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University in 2020, and shortly after, she transitioned to an outpatient surgery office at AAMC, where she continued to provide compassionate care while pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University. She completed her clinical rotation&#8217;s at Miles River, where she gained hands-on experience in primary care.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In June 2024, Molly graduated with her MSN and is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is excited to begin her practice in primary care, focusing on the overall health and well-being of her patients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, Molly enjoys staying active by attending Orangetheory fitness classes and spending quality time with her family and friends.
