Dr. Seymour is an Internal Medicine Specialist and has over 23 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from University Of Maryland School Of Medicine medical school in 1999. Dr. Seymour completed a residency at York Hospital in 2002 and a year of Fellowship at University of Maryland in 2003.
Prior to attending Medical School, she worked at Memorial Hospital at Easton, now UMMS Shore Regional Medical Center, first as a Phlebotomist and later as a Medical Technologist.
Interests have included riding and showing horses, running and, more recently, raising puppies for Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
Anna has worked in healthcare for more than 20 years, beginning her nursing journey by obtaining her CNA/GNA in high school. She then attended and graduated from Wesley College with an Associate Degree in nursing in 2004. Anna then began working as a RN at UMMS Shore Regional Heath at Dorchester in the critical care unit. During that time, Anna also worked in long term care and a skilled nursing rehab facility. Anna then began working at Tidal Health Peninsula Regional in the Emergency Room Department at a staff nurse, where she has been for the last 5 years.
Anna attended Simmons University obtaining a Master’s Degree after completion of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 2023.
Anna is an Eastern Shore native. She is looking forward to serving the community in her new role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Ashley grew up locally and started her education at Salisbury University in the pre medical studies program. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, minoring In chemistry.
She then attended and obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Shenandoah University in Winchester VA in 2007. She spent much of her time in Northern VA and then returned to the shore for her last rotations and preceptorship. During this time she trained in various areas of medicine, with most of her time spent in internal and family medicine. She also enjoyed rotating in general surgery, plastic surgery, emergency medicine, as well as obstetrics and gynecology. Ashley worked in Cambridge, MD for over 16 years in Internal Medicine locally before joining Miles River Primary Care in September 2024.
Ashley married her high school sweetheart, Denny, and they have two boys, Connor and Dawson. She enjoys spending time with her family as much as she can when not at work. She truly enjoys taking care of patients and the personal connections that are made in primary care medicine.
Chelcie started her nursing journey by obtaining her associates of science in nursing in 2012 through McQueen Gibbs Willis school of nursing at Chesapeake College. Shortly after, she started her career in long term care on a dementia and memory unit in Cambridge, MD.
In 2014 Chelcie started as a floor nurse at Peninsula Regional Tidal Health where she provided care for adult patients on a general medical floor that also served as a stoke unit during the start of COVID. During this time she became familiarized with a wide array of complex medical problems. It was during this time she decided she wanted to become more involved in the management of patient’s care. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Wilmington University followed by her Masters degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Chelcie currently resides in Dorchester County, MD and enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 sons, and 2 dogs. She loves to spend time reading, being outside, and traveling whenever possible.
Danielle Steffan is a Physician Assistant. Originally from a small town south of Buffalo, NY, Danielle earned an undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo. During this time she worked as an Emergency Medical Technician. She earned a Master of Health Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and then a Master of Health Science with Physician Assistant Certification from University of Maryland, Baltimore/Anne Arundel Community College. During the PA program, she completed her clinical rotations on the eastern shore of Maryland and decided to make Delmarva her home.
Danielle has three years of experience in Rheumatology treating many rheumatological autoimmune conditions, arthritis and osteoporosis. She is excited to begin practice in primary care with a focus on overall health and wellbeing. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time on the Choptank boating and fishing.
Molly was born and raised in Annapolis, MD, and has always had a passion for healthcare and helping others. She began her career in healthcare as a patient care technician at Anne Arundel Medical Center (AAMC), where she gained valuable experience and insight into patient care. Over time, she advanced her career as a registered nurse on the same unit.
Molly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University in 2020, and shortly after, she transitioned to an outpatient surgery office at AAMC, where she continued to provide compassionate care while pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University. She completed her clinical rotation’s at Miles River, where she gained hands-on experience in primary care.
In June 2024, Molly graduated with her MSN and is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is excited to begin her practice in primary care, focusing on the overall health and well-being of her patients.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys staying active by attending Orangetheory fitness classes and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and is passionate about empowering them to live healthier, happier lives.
Katie Jo Sullivan lives locally in Easton. She began her nursing career in 2004, graduating from Maqueen Gibbs- Chesapeake College. After working as an RN for several years, she returned to school, graduating in 2009 from Stevenson University with her BSN and then Salisbury University in 2011 with Masters of Nursing-FNP. She has been with the practice since 2016.
Prior to joining Miles River, Katie Jo worked at local area hospitals AAMC and UMMS- Shore Regional, as well as, NYU Langone and Mount Sinai- Beth Israel in NYC.
In her spare time, Katie Jo enjoys visiting Rehoboth Beach, De and going camping with her husband and four young children.
Katie graduated from Chesapeake College/MGW Nursing Program with an Associates Degree in Nursing in 2014. She then worked as an RN for 7 years in multiple areas in the hospital setting such as: medical, surgical, urology, orthopedics, telemetry, and neurology. She also worked in hospice as an RN.
Katie obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing at Walden University where she graduated in 2021 and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. As an Eastern Shore native, she enjoys serving the community and providing care to patients.
While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to the beach, traveling, and wrangling her chickens as well as other animals.
